My daughter and I had a fantastic experience! We visited recently for a birthday party and we're very pleased with the safety and variety of activities for kids. A lot of hands-on activities for kids to explore and test themselves on. The rock climbing calls you back over, even after every less than successful fall. Overall a fantastic birthday and fitness experience. We'll be back very soon!

Grit obstacle training is a great place to get fit!! If you are serious and ready to put in the work, YOU WILL see the results. I am so Thankful I particopated in their six week challenge. It was hard work but felt so good!! The training they give is very beneficial for your overall health. The nutrition plan and exercises work. Its up to you!!

The amount of positive support is very empowering. Based on my limited experience so far ,I would happily and enthusiastically recommend Grit Obstacle Training to anyone that wants a challenging work out in a friendly space. We had such a great experience at Grit! Kurt was our trainer for my son’s 6th birthday party and he was great! Everyone had a lot of fun. We will definitely be returning!
Had my first workout in over 5 years today this is an amazing place very friendly to new beginners or people that took some time off highly recommend.
After being away for 5 months it’s so good to be back with Personal Trainer Dylan and my workout friends!
Dylan was very motivating and taught you one on one if you were confused or not doing something correctly. The groups are small which makes us closer I talked to 3 people out of I believe 8-9 due to the rotation and they taught me variations if the original was too tough. Overall a very good first day with stretching before and after the workout which is a full body session of like 25 minutes. Most I’ve done and I used to go to a commercial gym 3-4 days a week. (this was when i started i posted this somewhere else i believe like on the website 🤷♀️). But I have been going for about 2-3 months now and grow everyday. I simply go due to the lack of motivation and organization in simple gyms like PF, but I truly feel like I am becoming stronger. I personally don’t do it for weight loss but many do. I feel like whatever you are looking for there is something to do. You get a range of different things like obstacles, ab workouts, HIIT workout, and even cardio like running. 5 out of 5. :) Less
Dylan, has done a great job of providing variations in our workout training to continue to challenge us & to keep us motivated to workout beyond our normal limitations! Bob!!!👍
Dylan was great last night and the kids had a blast! They didn’t want to leave and once we did leave, they talked about how much fun they had the whole way home. We’re so thankful that GRIT is available for our kids. It’s clean and has tons of obstacles. The staff is welcoming and nice.
Friday 5am is where it’s at! I feel good and accomplished! That EMOM was killer!
Finally found my comfort zone fitness space! Dylan is a great trainer, and the group members are so supportive. Kurt got me started with the six week challenge. I exceeded my six week goal, and now I’m pretty much hooked on continuing my fitness journey with GRIT
