My three kids (14, 12, and 12) have been going to DSP for about 7 months, and we’ve seen a huge difference. They play baseball, volleyball, and track, and their speed, strength, and overall athleticism have all improved.What I appreciate most is that Coach Dre and Coach Mike focus on teaching the kids the right way to move and train, not just working them hard.
