I’ve attended 50 Jiu Jitsu classes (no prior experience). I have to muster the strength to show up after work. But at the end of every class I’m super glad I showed up. I’ve trained with coaches, Maurice, Caleb, and Richard. They are kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and role-models!!! Less

This place is great! The trainers always provide a welcome atmosphere to everyone. My daughters and son both train here and love it. The coaches have really impacted my kids by giving them self confidence, having a fun environment and teach them how to defend themselves. My 5 year old and 9 year old take the muay thai class and my 12 year old takes the jiu jitsu class. Starters such as my self felt very comfortable and welcome, really for all skill levels, coaches are enthusiastic and good teachers. Look for coach Richard, Brian, Maurice they are wizards at the game with very detailed instructions. Also great woman’s class for body conditioning and to learn some striking while my daughter does competitive jiu-jitsu classes. Great people and a great environment to learn and grow. Less

Great place to train bjj and Muay Thai. I’ve known coach Maurice for 2 years now and I am glad to see he has his own gym now. I just started training there and I have two of my boys who attend the kids class. I enjoy going there it’s a family oriented place. I recommend it to everyone who wants to make a change to there lives. There is a lot of love in this place and everyone helps each other out to become better. I will continue to train here because I have found something I enjoy. Give it a try even if you feel scared, you will find out you can more than you think.
