Twisted Metal is by far the BEST body shop I've ever been to in terms of customer service and quality of work that they provide. I've come here twice between 2020 and 2025. They worked on my Civic back in 2020 after someone hit me while pulling into a parking space at the gym. And they just finished work on my Kona after someone merged into me without looking.I told them I needed my car back a week from the time I dropped it off and they made it happen. They even went above and beyond to contact my insurance to get a final supplement and they kept me in the loop on everything. If your truck’s been through the wringer and you want it to rise from the ashes like a majestic, chrome-covered phoenix, Twisted Metal is the place. I brought in my GMC Sierra 1500 after it got into a little “disagreement” with a rogue utility pole (the pole started it, I swear). It looked like it had gone a few rounds in a demolition derby. Spoiler: it lost.But Twisted Metal? They won.The service was next-level. These guys treated my truck like it was their own, maybe even better than I treat it. The communication was so good I thought I was getting updates from NASA Mission Control. Every step of the process was explained in detail, with zero mystery and zero BS.When I got the Sierra back, I almost didn’t recognize it. It looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor, but tougher. Stronger. More emotionally stable. The bodywork was flawless, the paint matched perfectly, and they even detailed the inside like it was prepping for a date.Honestly, they were so thorough I half-expected them to have fixed my credit score while they were at it.Twisted Metal doesn’t just fix vehicles — they restore dignity. Bryan did a beautiful job on my Subaru Outback. A paving company got overspray on my car while at work and not only did the paving company treat me right but Two Amigos was the company they hired to fix it. The vehicle looks beautiful and I would recommend them if you are looking for a company to detail your vehicle. Very nice gentleman and very personable. Less

After being turned away by a couple of other shops for a sunroof that wouldn’t shut, I decided to contact Twisted Metal. The manager Sean confirmed it was something that would need to be repaired at the dealership due to the part needed and the type of work involved. However before I left he told me to hold on & went into the garage & got his toolbox out. He was able to do do some work on it to shut it for me and didn’t charge me anything! He was so kind and took his time to help me even though he had other customers. I am so thankful to him! I will definitely be a repeat customer & will tell everyone what a great business this is!!
