Hard NO for this older gal. First, the use of AI for answering the phone and intake call. Second, providing your email for the 'required' preappointment intake forms opens you up to regular 'helpful' spam email you didn't agree to or know would happen. Lastly, you Must consent to all their disclosure forms that includes a blurb allowing them to share your personal health information without your knowledge or consent. This consent includes public health purposes, auditing purposes and research studies. Did I mention a hard NO?

Hard YES for Penrose! I was looking at a second ACL surgery by the VA, but a little research led me to focused ESWT as a possible solution to shoulder pain and to likely better recovery results. Though the VA wouldn't pay for it, I received a free trial treatment, and signed up (out of my own pocket) for a short regimen of future fESWT treatments. My shoulder pain has been noticeably reduced immediately following the first treatment and six days later, is even a bit less. Shout out to Ryan who is an outstanding Physical Therapist and fellow veteran.
