I was referred to Penrose and Associate Physical Therapy by a friend who was very pleased with her experience there. I was uniquely impressed with my first session, with Physical Therapist Kasha, where I was given the opportunity to share the issues that I have and to answer her questions as well. I felt heard and understood. My subsequent sessions with Kasha focused on the issues we discussed in our intake session. I have found the staff and the atmosphere to be warm and welcoming and my physical therapist, Kasha, attentive to thoughtfully addressing the issues I am having and providing me with valuable exercises to be done between sessions. I am very pleased with Penrose Physical Therapy and the service I receive.

Dr Patrick is the best ever!!! I have never had a therapist actually listen and BELEIVE me when I talk about my pain and issues. He has helped me understand how my body is or, more like it, is not working and why. The front desk staff is also amazing!! Very helpful and very easy to work with. I also love having the option of doing telehealth visits as well as in person visits. ☺️

The staff at Penrose is very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I have had to use their services a few times and each time they have been wonderful. They listen to my needs and are careful not to push my injuries too hard, but hard enough that I get better. I would not hesitate to recommend Penrose PT to anyone. They are a wonderful place to improve your health.

This was my first experience with physical therapy. I had a running injury that I ignored hoping it would go away on its own for nearly a year. Working with the staff at Penrose was always a pleasant and informative experience. I’ve finished up and have my home treatment to do now. I learned about how to find the right running shoes for my feet, strengthening exercises for my situation/issues, how to improve/change my running form and cadence to prevent further injury as I train to return to regular running. My rotator cuff tears made life miserable. Penrose gave me the strength and tools needed. Now I can lift my grandkids without crying out in pain. Everyone at Penrose was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed physical therapy.

My experience at Penrose Physical Therapy was very positive. The therapists help you to achieve your personal goals after injury in a realistic approach. The daily exercises and stretches have helped me to manage my injury/symptoms. I have been able to increase my strength and mobility without pain. After a mountain bike accident, I had what my Orthopedic Surgeon described as "The worst shoulder injury I saw in 2018, and several years previous." I really needed an excellent therapy team, to address the rehabilitation of my shoulder. Penrose PT came as a recommendation from another Physical Therapist. I've been working with Jen and Chris twice a week, for the last couple of months, to regain shoulder function. I'm pleased to say that my surgeon described my progress as "phenomenal", during our last office visit. I highly recommend this team. Their office staff is so friendly and professional, too.

Jenn and her staff got me running again after a badly pulled hamstring, and taught me how to reduce the chance of a recurrence, too. Jenn is my go to person for musculo-skeletal problems. She's a runner, too, so she knows the runner landscape.

Simply the very best physical therapy office I have ever been to.....period! Knowledgeable, caring, professional (and fun!!) staff. I actually looked forward to my PT sessions. I felt like I was really a participant in my hip surgery recovery and all my questions or concerns were answered. If something was too difficult or painful, we found another solution. Bravo Penrose PT! My knee and I will be returning in the fall.

The best place to get PT! Not only do they help you there, they also show you how to you can help yourself with at home exercise. I was feeling better in a span of a few weeks. Everyone there is really nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend Penrose to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I am an avid runner (logged over 2,000 miles last year) and when I get injured (it happens) I go to Penrose PT. I have seen all three therapists there and they are all great. I get treated with dignity and respect and the therapies that I receive are always relevant and make a significant difference in the speed and quality of my recovery. I love it that Jen doesn't say "stop running for 6 months and you'll be good as new." She knows and understands that I need to be back in my running shoes ASAP. Jen is always working to stay current on important developments in therapeutic techniques. I have benefitted so much from the competent care that I have been given in this practice. I highly recommend them for any PT need.
