Epic Roofing and Exteriors We were victims of Hurricane Ian and a collage of other events that left our family in 18months of stress and uncertainty. Our confidence in our insurance company vanished when they pulled out of the market and left us hanging and like many others trying to find a contractor and financial support. Our original contractor waivered and stalled for months before we found out they had financial issues and securing a material vendor was not too promising. A friend gave us Epic as an option and with the help of Marshall we signed a contract and moved our installation date up about 2 months. Unfortunately Marshall sold his part of the company and I was contacted by Andrew Rusin, a name new to me. I met with Andrew a few times and came to the reality that he was our angel and would lead a team of contractors through the construction of our new roof. The first few days were a bit chaotic with wind and weather creating challenges to keep materials and contractors on the roof. We had minor pool screen damage created by objects being blown around. Every day I would get a call, text, or visit from Andrew talking me off the cliff. I never once saw him rattled, excited, or angry. His calm demure and willingness to "listen" steps him out of the crowd and in a league by himself. I do not want to overlook the rest of the management team and their contributions to our roof project... but Mr. Rusin was the glue that kept it all together. We have had multiple compliments on our roof and the cosmetics... We would recommend Epic Roofing and Andrew for any roofing projects you need done efficiently, timely, and with craftmanship.
