The coaches are amazing! They are incredibly friendly. I feel like I'm being trained by friends who actually care about me and not people just looking to make money. They are both very knowledgeable and super supportive. They personalize the training based on the needs of the group, which is the benefit of small group classes. I did the 21-day challenge, and it was an incredible experience! The gym is fantastic—clean, organized, and with a great atmosphere. Both coaches are excellent. I did the mornings workouts with Dustin, and he pays close attention to every detail and ensures proper form. Throughout the challenge, I experienced a great mix of strength, cardio, and stretch/mobility workouts, which are so important for this training style. In just three weeks, I already noticed significant improvements (thanks for this). ALso the flexible class schedule is great. If you can’t make it in the morning, you can make it in the evening. I am going on my 4th month at Basecamp Fitco and looking back to when I signed up I never thought I’d find a gym that makes me feel comfortable, supports my goals, and that I don’t find every excuse to skip class. But Basecamp Fitco proved that they are the gym that you want to go to. I never saw myself as a “CrossFit” person and was intimidated by those types of gym. Coach Dustin has found the perfect balance of CrossFit and strength training, making sure every client is being safe while also meeting their own personal goal. I’ve been a member at Base Camp for 4 months and here is my honest review. The classes themselves are highly efficient. If you are in need of a gym to get in and get out of but also looking to be pushed both physically and mentally Base Camp is it! The space is very clean, organized and stocked with a wide range of equipment. The class availability (days and times) is by far the best I’ve come by in my 20 + years in fitness. There is a day and time for just about anyone’s schedule. The classes are kept small which provides ample time for one on one attention. I can’t say enough about Coach Dustin. He is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and truly passionate about helping everyone in their fitness journey. Dustin knows his stuff and what I enjoy the most about him is he’s always open to bettering himself. He’s open minded and humble which is a rare find and should be celebrated in the fitness industry (no ego’s here). You will not regret coming to Base camp! Lastly, there is Apollo the gym pup who is the highlight of my day. He will greet you at the door and instantly put a smile on your face. Less

One of the best trainers you’ll come across today. Explains everything simply and effectively. Every class is thorough from warmup to cooldown and he has methods to attack everything from mobility issues to beginner jitters. If you get the opportunity to work out with him, don’t let it pass. Less
