We like to consider ourselves as remodel veterans. We have been through four of them, three of those were quite successful. In facing the last two, we were referred to Kinsey and met with their Designer, Pam. One of the steps you must get right is to successfully communicate your vision to the Designer. After that, the Designer can formulate plans, offer suggestions, and communicate the finalized plan to the Project Manager. The Project Manager for our first project was Doug. He was super organized, always let us know who was coming, when they would arrive, and what they were going to be doing. No one ever arrived unprepared! The Project Manager for our second project was Nick. Also very organized, great with communications and with keeping on schedule. Of course, with any project of significant size, there is always the unexpected. The recovery was immediate, and both the schedule and budget met. We are super happy with the results. Both completed projects are just what we wanted. Everyone on the team was professional and very easy to work with. Yes, construction is disruptive but I could not think of anyone I would like to work with on our next project than Kinsey! I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed! Kinsey Interiors remodeled the kitchen in our 1982 home. Replaced the fluorescent lighting, removed an awkward cabinet, updated countertop and backsplash. The PM and designer were receptive and full of great ideas. They were on time and on-budget. We would definitely use them again!

I am writing this review several months after our work was completed. I always wait as with any remodel you have to live with it for a while to notice any issues and to allow the company to perform any warranty work. That being said I was very pleased with Kinsey Interiors. I would have no hesitation using them for future projects. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and accommodating As we went through the project we had two change orders, both of which we driven by us. But more importantly as we went through the project making several minor changes none generated a change order. In other words I was not nickled and dimed as the project progressed. Very happy about that. Best aspect working with Kinsey was their project manager. He was excellent at keeping the project on track as well as informing us when people were, and were not, coming. We were never surprised. He also helped us resolve issues/questions that popped up as the project progressed. Did the project go perfectly? No. We anticipated the schedule wasn't going to meet the original time table. Essentially 95% of the project was done on time. The remaining 5% took a couple of additional weeks to close. The only other minor issue we had were the tilers were messy. Not in the quality of the tile work itself but in actual mess. All cleaned up by the end of the project but still... Less

I recently called Kinsey Interiors as I needed window treatments for our new home in Sun City. I was working with another person from another company who didn't seem to want my business...also, they were extremely expensive. It seemed I was always the one who was initiating the calls. I then referred to my Sun City magazine and called Kinsey Interiors. GiGi came out and measured (no charge to bid on window treatments- unlike the $150 I paid the other company) and gave me a quote for all the windows. Wow! A big difference. Not only were their prices reasonable, but most of all she was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable.
