CF East is an AMAZING place! The coaches are extremely knowledgeble and make sure you get quality training. As a sophomore in high school I really appreciate how they modify the workouts to each persons ability and still push everyone to try their hardest. I absolutely love this place, and recommend it to everyone.

I just joined this gym about a week ago, and I have really enjoyed myself so far. They are following the Mayhem programming and it’s really hard—I love a challenge. Steve is the owner and he’s pretty awesome. The coaches are down to earth and really seem to enjoy what they do. They have a good variety of class times which is GREAT for my ever-changing work schedule. Check them out!!!!

I dropped in here while I was in town for work, and it’s a fantastic place! Great coaching, great atmosphere, and the members really make you feel like part of the family right away. If you’re looking for a good spot, this is one of them!
