The workout absolutely handed my butt to me… exactly what I needed! I signed up right away.There are tons of fun events, a great community, and they’re always upgrading things. Honestly, what more could a girl want who loves lifting and sweating?!

I love this gym! Miles and Victoria do a great job running it, creating a fantastic atmosphere, culture, and training environment. The best lesson I’ve learned from Miles is that “you can do hard things”. I highly recommend joining CrossFit Naples—you’ll love it.
