I have been wearing hearing aids for 10 years and have seen numerous audiologists. Some were good and some were bad, but Dr. Watson is in a class by herself. She is knowledgeable, spends time with you, does a great job on programming the aids, her prices are reasonable and her staff is friendly and helpful. I would give Heights Audiology and Hearing aids many, many more stars than just 5.

It was sort of family reunion time...catching up on how fast children grow, time flies and oh my...how the Heights has changed...the old building is no longer there!!! You know how you make an appointment for a certain time and then you end up being seen 30, 45 min even 1 hour after your appointment? This wasn’t the case. Paula was very helpful and so were the other 2 ladies there (I’m sorry I didn’t get names) they helped me translate to my father who only speaks Spanish. They explained everything we needed to know in depth and we left with no questions or doubts. I’ll recommend this place to anyone looking for this particular care. I have to say I was nervous but they helped me feel comfortable.

They have extended the useful life of my hearing aids and saved me expensive replacements for many more months to come. Convenient, available appointments and friendly support. My older devices now work better and I use them more often.

We are new to this area and had a hearing aid emergency when my 93 yo Dad’s hearing aids stopped working, They got us in quickly, fixed the problem and even checked a backup pair for us with no additional charge. The extra pair needed a part , which they ordered and will repair once it comes in.
When you are dealing with someone with dementia you don’t need the added frustration of them not being able to hear you.
Besides the great service everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Starting with the first lady that greeted me and ending with the illllaudiologist who explained in detail what she thought would be the best hearing aids for me, even help me select the color! And also, their equipment is very easy to use by someone with hearing loss. I'm very glad that they were chosen as the agency to give me my hearing aids, again. Thank you.
