I recently took my mother to her first visit at Heights Audiology. No issues with parking as we parked in the open parking lot next to the building. We entered through the back of the building, side door only opens from the inside as you exist. No issues finding the elevator and heading up to the second floor. As soon as we entered we were greeted by the receptionist who was very attentive and friendly during our entire visit. They had a translator for my mother. The visit over all after she was taken in was under 20 minutes. My mom was very pleased and looks forward to her next visit to pick up her hearing aids. The wait time was not bad at all. I highly recommend them.
