Our experience with Heighrs Audiology was a wonderful one. I say that because the team that worked with us made the process smooth. When had knowledgeable and experienced individuals that explained the process and made it easy to understand. They were patient with you and let you know what other benefits you can qualify for. I will recommend them to everyone we know or meet having issues with their hearing.

I had never seen the receptionist or the audiologist she gave me a hearing test. I felt very comfortable from the time I walked in the door. Everybody was very polite and I’m glad that I went to that office. It was a pleasure soon. I’ll be getting my hearing aids. I’m waiting for the call.

All the staff in this office were very attentive to my needs. I received reminder calls, assistance was given in pairing my hearing aides to my phone. I also witnessed their treatment of the handicapped. The staff took their time and shared patience with them.
