Not the best attitude on the phone receptionist, that would have been better. Especially for working with hearing impaired or loss people. That was my first impression other than that, the hearing specialists are great. The only downside was the hearing aids they provided didn't work well originally and they tried to say i didn't know how to use it, when I've been using the same type of hearing aids for over 5 years.
