I’ve been going here about 3 years now and it’s my favorite place to be. Bad day? Gym! Great day? Gym! We’re always greeted by friendly faces and support, and it makes all the difference. My husband and I drive about 30 minutes to come and work out here because there’s no other place like it. Well worth the drive!

Been working out with HCF for the last 2.5 yrs and couldn't be happier. Workouts are amazing and I've seen the results. They really pushing proper form, unlike most places. The biggest thing I love is that it's one big family which makes working out that much better. I highly recommend trying them out.

Overall great gym, nice coaches. But if you are looking for the competitive side of CrossFit and to learn skill movements , Helotes isn’t the best place. I just wasn’t getting the help I needed to improve on CF movements such as TTB, DU, kipping pull-ups etc. and i just wasn’t a huge fan of the programming. Could be better. Especially for the $$ (expensive)

This place is great! From the coaches to the people you get to workout with, it is the most inviting and supportive place I have ever experienced while working out. What a wonderful place. My wife and I joined to get in shape and have been able to do that for sure. What we didn’t anticipate is becoming part of a community filled with wonderful people, many of which have become friends we’ll have for the rest of our lives. My family and I have been with HCF now for going on 6 years! We moved 40 min away 4 years ago and still can’t find it in ourselves to switch to a closer box! The facility was very clean and spacious with nice equipment. The moment you walk in people immediately great you and make you feel welcome. The staff are great and very attentive. Keeping to the basics where form comes before intensity, the trainers will safely push you to your limits while keeping the dignity of each movement. Pride is non existent here, even the top athletes in the gym cheer on the last person finishing the workout. I have even seen the entire gym run along side a person who was struggling to finish a WOD. After working out there for about 3 1/2 months I was offered an opportunity to train here. I had opportunities to train at other mega gyms but chose HCF for one reason. People come before anything else. They see clients as people not a dollar figure.
