I have been training with Forte Fitness since September 2024. I have increased my strength, flexibility, and endurance. Forrest has a way of making you push yourself to achieve your goals. He encourages, and motivates with gentle instructions and urging. I have never felt better in my life.

I cannot say enough great things about Thais gym! I started my fitness journey wanting to lose weight and improve my mobility and change my body image. Forrest goes above and beyond to include nutritional counseling, personal presence at each workout and making sure that your form is correct. I have shed 40 pounds and feel like a new person!

Forrest is a great personal trainer! Highly recommend for 1:1 training or a small group setting. Form is very important & I loved how Forrest sets a great example of showing good form. He also did well with creating full body workouts & keeping them within 45 mins. He has good guidance on nutrition too!
