I don’t know if this review box will let me have enough characters to express my appreciation for Forrest. Thanks to his deep knowledge and clear direction, I have been able to improve my strength and mobility in a way that feels safe and sustainable.Recently, I was injured and couldn’t perform some of the planned exercises, but this hasn’t slowed my progress at all. Forrest took the time to carefully modify my workouts, adjusting movements and intensity to fit what my body could handle. Every session, he introduces different exercises that challenge me just enough to keep improving my mobility while preventing new injuries from developing.I genuinely look forward to gym days at Forte Fitness and Performance - I leave feeling sore in a good way, like I pushed myself but stayed within my limits, and I’ve never once regretted going.
