I booked a last minute appointment with Grace back in September, and as soon as I left I was looking forward to when I would be ready to get my hair cut and colored again. Grace spends time with you before the appointment to get a feel of what you really want, and I have never felt more listened to than I do when I’m in their chair. She’s offered me suggestions on how to change up my hair (which have always turned out top notch) while still hearing me out and giving me exactly what I came in for. Their attention to detail, thoroughness and welcoming nature ensure that I leave feeling a million times better than when I walked in, and the compliments on my hair start almost immediately after leaving. One of my friends has even gone so far to drop her previous stylist and book with Grace because of how much she likes my recent cut and color! Hands down the best salon hair products I have ever used for my hair (and I’ve tried a lot of great products). The Davines line of products that Patty has recommended for me don’t weigh down my hair, but provide plenty of nourishment. I have not seen a small business hustle like this one did during the pandemic. The environment is safe, has been renovated to protect both client and stylist, and the policies are helpful and protective. Patty is extremely conscientious of her clientele - working to make each client's experience both stellar and highly personalized. The other stylists are also incredibly talented and have cult followings because they reflect this same ethic. It's amazing to see how the master stylists empower and support the young women apprentices, and then watch as the apprentices move to the floor and start to develop their own clientele. And a huge shout out to the amazing Rosie at the front of the house, who is helpful, patient, kind, and cool, all at once. I was in the salon this morning, and left feeling so valued as a client and with such a deep appreciation for how the the team interacted with one another and me that I came home to write this. They said to email them and they would find some new dates for us. We reached out a couple times to set a new appointment and finally heard back 5 days later. We were told they couldn't provide the level of service we were looking for and they wouldn't schedule. This was very surprising to us as we'd been happy with their work throughout. Their explanation doesn't make sense. Either they have stylists on the floor that are sick or they are not being truthful with their clients about any concerns they may have. Less

Trust me, you just sit there relaxed while these ladies work magic on your head. Kimberly gave me the most flattering cut I've ever gotten by a long shot. She just has an eye for what's going to work and whats not for your face. She was so fun and nice and cool. You just want to be friends with everyone in the salon. The atmosphere is wonderful. Everything is spotless and bright and airy. The appointment was on the pricier side, but when you compare the amount of work that goes into your hair while you're there versus any other salon, you're getting an incredible deal. Not to mention they really focused on my hair being able to grow out well. I won't have another major appointment for 6 months.
