I appreciate the apology by the cleaner and the full refund. I do not appreciate the no phone call informing that the cleaner was late, no apology by Josselyn, and no attempt to make things right by Josselyn. Because of this, I had to leave the funeral early, and spend 4 hours myself cleaning my home before hosting family and friends. 2 stars because I do appreciate the immediate full refund without having to fight for it. This was the third time I contracted this company the first time they were marvelous the first two ladies that they sent over were amazing the second time they were still good. They always try to use an excuse that their system versus their system that which is not true I finally contacted them a third time and mention to them I believe I will be contacting them to come out every two weeks to clean two bedrooms, two bath, family room, dining room, and kitchen. However, they did a horrible job that toilet downstairs with a clean the kitchen floor was still dirty I was in shock I was so upset never again I do not recommend I don’t know if they have new ownership, new management or what’s going on but it is not the same people that I first contracted. They were available next day for my move out clean which I appreciated, however the cleaning job was not done well the first time I contacted the company they said the person would return and fix the issue areas I was told they were on their way and no one showed up for 3 hours….it ended up being clean but I do not feel it was professional or worth the cost.

The professional team took their time and did an awesome job! The cleaning was very detailed in every area, more than I expected. My only uncertainty was the pressure of the vacuum.

They didn’t clean very well and prices aren’t reasonable.

My needing a house cleaned with 2 hours notice I was surprised but they were able to do it. The 3 people that showed up were friendly and went straight to work. They did a good job. I wish they would have done the kitchen and bathroom floors a little better. I had them on a very tight timeline so I cant fault them too much. All and all I was happy with the service.
