Joining Pleasanton CrossFit has been a great experience for me. This was my first time ever joining a gym—I’ve always been more focused on outdoor activities and running. I wanted to build more strength and endurance, and I decided to try CrossFit after being inspired by my wife, who was already training at Dublin facility.After completing the initial training classes, I felt confident and started working out 2–3 times a week. Over time, I’ve noticed clear improvements not just in my physical strength and endurance, but also in my overall mindset.The coaches are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure proper form, which makes a huge difference—especially for beginners like me. The workouts are challenging but scalable, allowing you to start at your own level and progress steadily.What truly stands out is the community. Everyone is supportive, helpful, and motivating without being intimidating. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and classes are well-organized.Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for structured, high-intensity training in a welcoming and supportive environment.
