I had a malfunctioning electric burner on my stove. The technician they sent out had no idea how the burner was suppose to work or what was necessary to fix it. It cost me $125 and my burner is still broken. I certain there are better choices in Phoenix for appliance repair

Didnt actually book with this company, due to the fact the phone is only answered by an AI assistant. Its a good one and worked okay (got address wrong), but its off-putting still and quite annoying. Dont want to deal with it if I can't just talk to someone
