Recently, I was having refrigerator/freezer issues and the lights were flickering like a strobe light and then went out completely. I go to check on the fridge and find he has left water in the floor and didn’t push the fridge back in place. I clean up the water but notice the fridge is not cooling. Then I spend time on the phone with Vlad trying to diagnose the problem. Suddenly there is a jet engine noise in my kitchen. It’s the refrigerator. Another call to Vlad. He returns the next day with another repair man. They get the fridge working but now the ice maker is no longer working. There was nothing wrong with the ice maker before I called him?? The flooring must now be replaced because it has buckled. During the repair he used my kitchen shears, a serrated steak knife and a serving spoon in an attempt to remove the damper control (no, I’m not kidding!). Vladimir came to my rescue once again after I noticed last night my ice & food was starting to melt in our large GE Monogram full stand alone freezer. He responded immediately this morning after I texted him at 7:40 AM, saying he might be able to squeeze me in later today but then he had a last minute cancellation, made sure I was home and came over by 10 AM (Wow!) and worked very hard for two+ hours, putting in new parts he needed and had on his truck (double wow, no waiting a week for parts), and got he successfully got it functional and all tuned up. I was so relieved because our big 36” freezer is 14 years old, way out of warranty AND it’s way too expensive to buy new. The parts and labor weren’t cheap but his prices are very fair for how skilled he is, and he is excellent at what he does. A few years back he showed up the day before Thanksgiving when my Thermador oven died and fixed that so I could cook my big raw turkey & fixings the next day; I made sure then that I wrote down his phone number and company name (he is the owner). He has a very positive attitude, cleans everything up when he’s done and emails your receipt before he’s left the driveway. I have given others his name, and will continue to highly recommend him. Our 16-year-old KitchenAid built-in broke down and we were worried that it was going to be time to replace it, which can be 8-10K. We called Phoenix Appliance Repair and literally within minutes, Vladimir returned our call. He was at the house at around 9am the same day to take a look at it. He ran tests to find the problem, and each time he encountered something, he took the time to explain it to me and show me the testing. It was one of those "creeping" issues where you fix one issue, only to find another. A job that was supposed to take a few hours turned into three visits of 2-3 hours each. I very much appreciated that a) Vladimir took the time to keep me updated on everything going on and b) that he did not put me off for days when the job was extended, even though I know he had a full schedule already. He did everything possible to get our refrigerator fixed ASAP. Our family cooks a lot, so being without our main refrigerator was definitely a hassle, so this was important to us. Vladimir was also very professional and pleasant, even when things got frustrating. On top of that, a small thing perhaps, but there weren't any four or eight-hour windows. He told me when he would be there, and he was prompt. It is always inconvenient to lose a day or so waiting 8- noon, for a tech to show up at 11:45, losing a whole morning. Price and quality are certainly important, but so is good communication. We will definitely use them again. Less

I called two other places that couldn't get anyone to me for multiple days. Phoenix Appliance Services put in a work order and I had someone on the phone 30 minutes later, then, 2 hours later my fridge was fixed. Vladimir was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with the fix. Definitely worth it, instead of forking over 4x for a new appliance.

Quick response and effective solutions. He found a way to save me money on my refrigerator ice maker repair and did a great job. I asked about a problem with my clothes washing machine (I was about to throw it out). He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered an inexpensive and effective solution and fixed it, all in one visit!

I highly recommend Phoenix Appliance Repair Services. We emailed for an appointment on Saturday evening expecting to hear back on Monday. Vladimir called us on Sunday and said he could come out between 11-1. He was here at 11:30 and did a wonderful job repairing our refrigerator. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Next time I need a repair I will be calling this company!

Called after 8pm, not expecting someone to answer the phone, but they did. We were scheduled early the next day. Vlad arrived on time and used his expertise to condemn our fridge. We kind of saw that coming. The operation was a success, but the patient died. We'll keep these guys in our contact list.
