As someone who has curly hair, I am often reticent of certain salons since there is a chance they won't know what they are doing. However, I had a great experience at M Salon! My stylist blended my bang into the rest of my hair and evened out where it had been cut poorly by previous stylists. My hair looks much healthier now without losing too much length.

I am very disappointed. I asked for keratin treatment. He washed my hair applied some chemical and let me sit for 45 minutes and took care of other customers. HE straightened my hair using straightener without washing my hair. Then washed my hair and done blow dry straight. This method was weird to me. Tim was like " dont worry". I went home washed my hair 48 hrs later and saw my hair permed. I wanted straight and silky as how they do in keratin treatment. MY hair is not silky. it is dry and horrible

I absolutely love getting my hair done here! My stylist Ken is truly talented and pays attention to every detail. He listens to what I want, gives honest advice, and always leaves my hair looking amazing. The salon is clean, welcoming, and you can tell Ken really cares about his clients. Every visit feels relaxing, and I always walk out feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!

This was the worst service I have ever received for a hair blowout. I have never left a salon disappointed as I get blowouts weekly. The staff was unprofessional, the quality was far below expectations and they tried to charge me full price when I asked to wash it out since it was so awful, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I left disappointed and will not be returning. I would give this salon negative stars if I could.
