Everyone here is fantastic but Vivian has done my hair weekly now fow a while and she is great. She has cut and done highlights for both of my granddaughters and they love it! Less

Scheduled online to get my haircut with Vivian. I received all the reminders throughout the week, show up for my 10am appointment. Owner tells me she text him Friday night to notify that she was sick. He said he had 2 other stylist that were coming in and that they were both good and could get me in ASAP. I checked reviews and saw they had good reviews. One of the stylist shows up but couldn’t take me right away bc he already had appointments. He also let it slip that Vivian was OUT OF TOWN! They knew she wasn’t coming in! The salon was busy and I didn’t want to pay $65, plus a tip (yeah that’s what they charge me)I to get a rushed haircut. I wasted 40 minutes waiting on the other stylist to cut my hair, at that point I decided that I wasn’t going to pay $78 to be lied to and squeezed in with another stylist. Very rude & poor business management. Not sure I will go back. Less
