I was in for a haircut on Thursday, Nov 21. I have very long, wavy hair and wanted 5" taken off. This was my first time going to this salon and will be the last. I was offered a wash with my haircut but declined as the temps had fallen and I didn't want to get out with potentially wet hair. Well, my stylist (who I didn't really talk to me and there was a language barrier) didn't even bother to get a spray bottle out but started cutting right away. Absolute rip off!! Went there 3 times for one of their hairstylist. Got charged $125 the first two times for a full highlight, today, I only did a partial highlight and was charged $155! My credit card was grabbed off the counter without ever explaining the pricing. Every time the price was determined by the gentleman in charge of the place, no price list is published anywhere in the salon, and today they tried to blame the hairstylist for the overcharge. Whatever internal conflicts they have this was the most unprofessional behavior and rip off I’ve experienced. Do not go here or at least demand a price list every time before scheduling your appointment!!! Less
