Very reliable detailing service. I tried ceramic coating a car myself and it got very messy. I bought a new car and had it ceramic coated at Dirty2Dreamy. The coating is great, water beads off the car. I had some water spots on the car maybe because I used hardwater to clean it. Took the car to Dirty2Dreamy and they polished and reapplied the ceramic coating for free.

Like many people I came across Dirty2Dreamy through social media. When an unfortunate scratch and subsequent repair on my week old car, didn’t meet my expectations I thought I would reach out and see if the hype was real….it was. I put a request through the website to see if D2D would be even interested in taking over such a small job after someone else. Glenn called me within a few hours and after a few questions, said not only would they love to help out, they could squeeze me in next day. After a 45 minute drive, I arrived the next day and was immediately met by Glenn who took paint depth readings and got the lead technician Devin to evaluate. The area of concern was less than 8” x 8” which included the initial scratch surrounded by clouding/swirling and micro scratches from the original detailer’s polishing. Without a light and a keen eye, these scratches were fairly difficult to see. I started feeling like maybe I was being too nitpicky. I preemptively apologized to Devin and explained I am a perfectionist to a fault, he essentially replied: “same, pull it into the shop” (I think they call this validation). Devin immediately went to work undoing the collateral damage of the previous repair. For over 30 mins he went back & forth like that 90’s Aaliyah song. He even cleaned up some damage underneath the license plate bracket he had to remove. The results were absolutely fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. It’s hard to find people that have as high of standards for your possessions as you do. Luckily for me, I found a few down at 3502 C St NE. Less

I considered picking up my car and taking it to one of the other 2 venders. Well, I didnt. When I picked up the car, it looked real nice on the outside and the employee was very nice but I was surprised that they didn't spend another 5 minutes to vacuum the floor mats in the front that had some visible loose debris. That would have been a nice touch towards customer service considering the overall cost of the treatment. On March 26, I took my car back for car wash and follow up service. Again, the owner and employees there were super super nice. WEhen I picked up my car, it looked like it just came out of a show room if not better. Less

Prices seemed high, but the result is absolutely worth it. Pride in workmanship shows and your car's finish will be better than factory new. After my second BMW with D2D I am sold for life on this process and these guys in particular. Don't get an inferior coating by a dealer.

I reminded them that they do not offer the service I need and asked them to stop sending messages. They apologized and said they wouldn't send anymore. However they continued to send txt messages. So I asked a 2nd time, threatening to write this 1 star review if they continued to send messages. Again they said they would stop. And yet, still more txt messages. So 3 strikes is enough and here's the 1 star review. They do no respect their customers privacy or requests. Why haven't they just removed me from their system knowing that they don't offer the service I need and also asked them twice to stop sending me messages? Too late at this point, I've finally blocked their number and will not be recommending them to anyone. The Dirty2Dreamy team is AMAZING. They did a fantastic job detailing my 2005 Toyota Camry. The dull body and bumpers are now shiny and beautiful. The cloudy stuff on the headlights is gone - they are crystal clear. Windshield treatment helps repel the rain. they are sincere to tell you what can be done and what needs more work. for me, I only purchase the 1 year ceramic coating, I haven't washed my car in a week and still shiny 😁. but keeping up with regular washes is also important to keep that high end gloss. I recommended them. can't beat 1 year ceramic for $395 😉

When my car is in their hands, they treat is as though it were their own. My Ford Fusion Sport is now 4 years old. When D2D handed it back to me, it looked like it belonged on a showroom floor. I am so impressed with this company that I want to recognize those who make it so special. Because I was new to the idea of ceramic coatings, I had a ton of questions. Jonathan, one of the owners, was patient and informative, giving me data and sources to learn abut the process. He even responded to an email question when he was about to board a plane. At no time did he try to upsell me. Rather, he, Andrew (the other owner) and Glenn (manager) helped me determine what level of service would meet my needs and expectations. I went with the level three ceramic coating, with an additional paint correction step. They even sent me photos during the process! My paint now appears to be a foot deep, has incredible gloss, and the metal flake sparkles. It is also a breeze to clean. Tanner and Caleb did the paint correction and coating, aided by Patty, who wears many hats: quality control, sales manager and often Director of First Impressions. The entire staff is dedicated, talented, and treats customers like family. They not only make your car look spectacular, they help you keep it that way. The process at Dirty to Dreamy was smooth and easy. I had my 2020 Indian Roadmaster Motorcycle washed, detailed and ceramic coated in preparation for an 8000 mile road trip and am certainly pleased with the look of the bike after the service!! I've yet to see how the Ceramic Coat works on bugs and road debris, but all indications are that I'll be happy.

Had my Black F350 ceramic coated here, they did an amazing job. the did a 75% paint correction and applied the ceramic coat to the entire vehicle. the truck now looks better then it did new. The original paint had some yellowing on the hood, they were able to get it out and the white top looks new. We got text communication and pictures throughout the process.
