Incredible work done on my SUV! The paint correction service that Jonathan and his team performed has my 14 year old car looking brand new. Like many people I came across Dirty2Dreamy through social media. When an unfortunate scratch and subsequent repair on my week old car, didn’t meet my expectations I thought I would reach out and see if the hype was real….it was. I put a request through the website to see if D2D would be even interested in taking over such a small job after someone else. Glenn called me within a few hours and after a few questions, said not only would they love to help out, they could squeeze me in next day. After a 45 minute drive, I arrived the next day and was immediately met by Glenn who took paint depth readings and got the lead technician Devin to evaluate. The area of concern was less than 8” x 8” which included the initial scratch surrounded by clouding/swirling and micro scratches from the original detailer’s polishing. Without a light and a keen eye, these scratches were fairly difficult to see. I started feeling like maybe I was being too nitpicky. I preemptively apologized to Devin and explained I am a perfectionist to a fault, he essentially replied: “same, pull it into the shop” (I think they call this validation). Devin immediately went to work undoing the collateral damage of the previous repair. For over 30 mins he went back & forth like that 90’s Aaliyah song. He even cleaned up some damage underneath the license plate bracket he had to remove. The results were absolutely fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. It’s hard to find people that have as high of standards for your possessions as you do. Luckily for me, I found a few down at 3502 C St NE. Less

When I picked up the car, it looked real nice on the outside and the employee was very nice but I was surprised that they didn't spend another 5 minutes to vacuum the floor mats in the front that had some visible loose debris. That would have been a nice touch towards customer service considering the overall cost of the treatment. On March 26, I took my car back for car wash and follow up service. Again, the owner and employees there were super super nice. WEhen I picked up my car, it looked like it just came out of a show room if not better. Less

I reminded them that they do not offer the service I need and asked them to stop sending messages. They apologized and said they wouldn't send anymore. However they continued to send txt messages. So I asked a 2nd time, threatening to write this 1 star review if they continued to send messages. Again they said they would stop. And yet, still more txt messages. So 3 strikes is enough and here's the 1 star review. They do no respect their customers privacy or requests. Why haven't they just removed me from their system knowing that they don't offer the service I need and also asked them twice to stop sending me messages? Too late at this point, I've finally blocked their number and will not be recommending them to anyone. There's not much recourse from spam these days, so this seems to be the only action I can take to protect others. Consider this an opportunity for a spammer to receive direct feedback. Less

they are sincere to tell you what can be done and what needs more work. for me, I only purchase the 1 year ceramic coating, I haven't washed my car in a week and still shiny 😁. but keeping up with regular washes is also important to keep that high end gloss. When my car is in their hands, they treat is as though it were their own. My Ford Fusion Sport is now 4 years old. When D2D handed it back to me, it looked like it belonged on a showroom floor. I am so impressed with this company that I want to recognize those who make it so special. Because I was new to the idea of ceramic coatings, I had a ton of questions. Jonathan, one of the owners, was patient and informative, giving me data and sources to learn abut the process. He even responded to an email question when he was about to board a plane. At no time did he try to upsell me. Rather, he, Andrew (the other owner) and Glenn (manager) helped me determine what level of service would meet my needs and expectations. I went with the level three ceramic coating, with an additional paint correction step. They even sent me photos during the process! My paint now appears to be a foot deep, has incredible gloss, and the metal flake sparkles. It is also a breeze to clean. Tanner and Caleb did the paint correction and coating, aided by Patty, who wears many hats: quality control, sales manager and often Director of First Impressions. The entire staff is dedicated, talented, and treats customers like family. They not only make your car look spectacular, they help you keep it that way. The process at Dirty to Dreamy was smooth and easy. I had my 2020 Indian Roadmaster Motorcycle washed, detailed and ceramic coated in preparation for an 8000 mile road trip and am certainly pleased with the look of the bike after the service!! I've yet to see how the Ceramic Coat works on bugs and road debris, but all indications are that I'll be happy.

I introduced a friend who’s now had four of her cars ceramic coated (two classics: a 60 VW Bug and a 72 Chevy C20 Highlander, and three dailys: a Bronco, a F150 and a Cadillac). The adage that you get what you pay for applies here and the quality of the team’s work is the reason I keep coming back. The crew is professional, respectful, and, as you’d expect, everyone has an obsessive’s attention to the minutiae of making your ride look as good as it can be to the budget you set. Some times it’s a “make this 33 year old car look as good as it can be but don’t chase perfection” and other times it’s “this is new and I want it to look new for as long as possible” which are different targets and different budgets. They do both, and everything in between. What I appreciate the most is their “straight truth” by which I mean that they set expectations (e.g., if you don’t maintain your ceramic coating, it’s not going to last; or “your paint is too thin to correct.”). If you pick D2D, you won’t worry about whether someone else could have done it better. Less

I took my car in for Ceramic coating and ended up with lot of scratches and some disrespect from the "Owner" of shop. The owner lured me in by sending a message with 250$ discount for the ceramic coating service. I was fooled by the perfect google rating. I took in a brand new tesla model Y for ceramic coating and did point out to one of the streaks on frunk that need to be corrected. At the end when the car is being delivered to me, I found a LOT of scratches and when questioned, The owner says the car wash trash when you bought in. (it is a brand new car). on top of that, They just did not have any before picture of big scratches that where found after the job. When tried to explain the owner, he says "This is how it is going to go. you pay the balance and get the car out of here" he still cannot answer why the ceramic coating is done when there are lot of surface scratches. "IF", there where surface scratches, wont a professional suggest paint correction before an ceramic coating. or, atleast have courtesy to inform me about all these scratches before procedure was done? Took my wife’s suburban in to have paint correction and ceramic coating applied. Johnathan and his team are craftsmen. Dirty 2 Dreamy isn’t the cheapest option, but quality isn’t cheap. They are the top of game. A month later the rig washes quickly and shines like a mirror.

Had ceramic coating put on both my cars. They were fast and very professional, kept in touch through the process. Had to leave one car there an extra day because of conflating work schedules, they were kind enough to keep it inside for us. Also, I drove through puddles and snow and ice last night in my way home, you would never be able to tell by looking at my car. 💯worth it!
