they are sincere to tell you what can be done and what needs more work. for me, I only purchase the 1 year ceramic coating, I haven't washed my car in a week and still shiny 😁. but keeping up with regular washes is also important to keep that high end gloss. I had damaged my vehicle with at home buffer kit to try and remove some minor scratches and Dirty2Dreamy were able to do a correction service and completely removed any evidence of my screw up.
