When my car is in their hands, they treat is as though it were their own. My Ford Fusion Sport is now 4 years old. When D2D handed it back to me, it looked like it belonged on a showroom floor. I am so impressed with this company that I want to recognize those who make it so special. Because I was new to the idea of ceramic coatings, I had a ton of questions. Jonathan, one of the owners, was patient and informative, giving me data and sources to learn abut the process. He even responded to an email question when he was about to board a plane. At no time did he try to upsell me. Rather, he, Andrew (the other owner) and Glenn (manager) helped me determine what level of service would meet my needs and expectations. I went with the level three ceramic coating, with an additional paint correction step. They even sent me photos during the process! My paint now appears to be a foot deep, has incredible gloss, and the metal flake sparkles. It is also a breeze to clean. Tanner and Caleb did the paint correction and coating, aided by Patty, who wears many hats: quality control, sales manager and often Director of First Impressions. The process at Dirty to Dreamy was smooth and easy. I had my 2020 Indian Roadmaster Motorcycle washed, detailed and ceramic coated in preparation for an 8000 mile road trip and am certainly pleased with the look of the bike after the service!! I've yet to see how the Ceramic Coat works on bugs and road debris, but all indications are that I'll be happy.

I took in a brand new tesla model Y for ceramic coating and did point out to one of the streaks on frunk that need to be corrected. At the end when the car is being delivered to me, I found a LOT of scratches and when questioned, The owner says the car wash trash when you bought in. (it is a brand new car). on top of that, They just did not have any before picture of big scratches that where found after the job. When tried to explain the owner, he says "This is how it is going to go. you pay the balance and get the car out of here" he still cannot answer why the ceramic coating is done when there are lot of surface scratches. "IF", there where surface scratches, wont a professional suggest paint correction before an ceramic coating. or, atleast have courtesy to inform me about all these scratches before procedure was done? Took my wife’s suburban in to have paint correction and ceramic coating applied. Johnathan and his team are craftsmen. Dirty 2 Dreamy isn’t the cheapest option, but quality isn’t cheap. They are the top of game. A month later the rig washes quickly and shines like a mirror.

Had ceramic coating put on both my cars. They were fast and very professional, kept in touch through the process. Had to leave one car there an extra day because of conflating work schedules, they were kind enough to keep it inside for us. Also, I drove through puddles and snow and ice last night in my way home, you would never be able to tell by looking at my car. 💯worth it!
