Today was our daughter and her best friends recital, we were so proud watching them up on stage and seeing how much they’ve learned. Ballet Arts Academy was the first and only ballet studio I looked at when we signed our daughter up last year for ballet, this is the end of her second year. She has loved every moment of it and so have we. Miss Kenzie has been her teacher both years and our daughter adores her so much that when we told her we don’t know if she will have Miss Kenzie next year or if she will have a different teacher, she cried and asked if she could video call Miss Kenzie to see her still. Miss Kenzie has been SO patient and loving, I’ll be sad if we don’t see her next year too! Miss Christy is always so kind and helpful, I have emailed a million times with questions and she always gets back to me. She’s very informative and always in the know, if you need a question answered, she’s your gal. We will be back for a third year next fall, we love it here and recommend giving them a try if you’re looking at getting your littles into ballet classes. We have two daughters at BAA and have been dancing with them for two years. We were drawn to this academy because of their focus on classical philosophy, technique and development of strength and character. Mimi has an outstanding teaching philosophy and she has created an environment to inspire the highest level of art in the heart of her students. Best ballet instruction in Eastern Washington. Professional, so much talent and expertise!! I am amazed at the progression we have seen. The performances put on are truly a full production for dancers at all levels to participate. The staff are so great with all the dancers and families, we would never go to any other studio! Less

We’ve really grown and enjoyed our experience at Ballet Arts Academy. I looked at a few different programs in the area. It was neat to trial the ballet classes first to see which one would be a better fit. This last season we took part in the nutcracker production, which was pretty special. We chose Ballet Arts Academy for the curriculum based training and rigorous training of the teachers. The teachers stay active with annual testing/trainings. Additionally, at each level of dance courses, students meet specified criteria to ensure their proper development for each stage of dance. It’s a very academic setting that prepares the ballerina for a career in dance. Less
