I met with Maddy to review, adjust, and recharge my eating habits. She was such a great listener and had so many suggestions, ideas, and recipes to fit more protein, more water, and more vegetables in to my daily eating. It was just the boost that I needed. She gave me great information and I felt she said nothing that was unattainable for me. She even shared some product names so when I shop I can have these items in my house for meal time. Slow and steady is the way to achieve my goals. Thank you so much Maddy!!!
