My daughter tore her ACL and meniscus, and has been going to N2X for her post-op recovery. They support her in all ways and help her through her mental and physical struggles, on top of ensuring she has custom workouts each session to help her become a stronger athlete and regain her confidence. I can't say enough awesome things about this group for all they have done and continue to do. Watching the progress she has made with their help and guidance has been amazing to say the least. Thank you Adrian and team for all you do!!

N2 has been a great experience for my 2 teen volleyball players. They have seen growth in performance and strength in the gym and on the court. They love Shaylee and look forward to their sessions with her each week. Being able to see and compare results lesson after lesson drives them to do better each time.

Training at N2 has been the most beneficial decision I’ve made for my athletic career. The coaches truly care and consistently push you to be your best. I’ve seen huge improvements all around and in my overall performance. You can tell how they’re invested in helping you grow and succeed. N2 also has such an amazing environment to be in. Couldn’t ask for a better place to train!

I'm so grateful for the opportunity I've had to train at N2X. If it weren't for Coach Shaylee and the supportive environment in the gym, I wouldn't be the athlete I am right now. N2X is the perfect place for any aspiring athlete to train on the next level.

My daughters started at N2X almost a year ago. They have both grown in many ways - strength & conditioning of course, but what I appreciate most is their confidence! My oldest has really gained confidence in the weight room which has directly translated to her abilities on the court & field. As female athletes this confidence will be critical to their growth in their sports and in life. The programming has been great for both of them even during their sports seasons. I am grateful to Adrian and his team for pushing my girls and showing them what they are capable of. Excited for their future growth!

Our middle schooler has adhd and struggles to stay focused and consistent. The folks at N2X were fantastic, helping him stay on task, engaged, and grow in strength, agility, and stamina. Cannot recommend them enough!
