The last few months I've seen a huge improvement in drive, devotion, dedication in my daughter's outcome in this new experience road she has taken. The knowledge she has took from this beautiful experience. The work she has put in. I don't recognize her. Not just physical appearance. But her attitude has changed to loving working out now, to eating healthier to even motivating me to get back into the gym. She has recently started soccer season and her coach even saw so much unrecognizable improvement!. Excellent place to get good quality work in. They tailor and give sport based workouts. This is my first summer and I’ve seen a huge jump in performance and speed. They helped with an injury and modify workouts to injuries. Awesome group of people. Can’t wait to be back in the fall!

I started N2AthleteX through the Our City Scholarship in May and am incredibly greatful for the oppurtunity as it allowed me to thrive as an athlete in and outside the pool. Each session was led by a group knowledgeable and skilled coaching staff that brought passion and energy into every work out. Everyone was fully invested in helping each athlete achieve their goals. My daughter tore her ACL and meniscus, and has been going to N2X for her post-op recovery. They support her in all ways and help her through her mental and physical struggles, on top of ensuring she has custom workouts each session to help her become a stronger athlete and regain her confidence. I can't say enough awesome things about this group for all they have done and continue to do. Watching the progress she has made with their help and guidance has been amazing to say the least. N2 has been a great experience for my 2 teen volleyball players. They have seen growth in performance and strength in the gym and on the court. They love Shaylee and look forward to their sessions with her each week. Being able to see and compare results lesson after lesson drives them to do better each time.

My daughters started at N2X almost a year ago. They have both grown in many ways - strength & conditioning of course, but what I appreciate most is their confidence! My oldest has really gained confidence in the weight room which has directly translated to her abilities on the court & field. As female athletes this confidence will be critical to their growth in their sports and in life. The programming has been great for both of them even during their sports seasons. When my daughter hurt her ankle they designed a specific workout to ensure she didn't lose momentum going into the next basketball season. Want to be your friend and involved in your personal life while also pushing you to your limits. Our daughter has had the best experience so far at N2X! She has improved across the board, her speed, her vertical jump, long jump, etc. The atmosphere is welcoming and definitely nurtures the athlete who is eager to grow and excel in their chosen sport!
