I recently brought my nieces to Kingdom MMA and was really impressed. The kids classes were well organized, energetic, and built around teaching discipline, confidence, and respect in a way that kept the kids engaged and having fun. The coaches were great with the kids! patient, encouraging, and clearly experienced.What also stood out was how clean the facility is. Everything was spotless, organized, and very well maintained, which made it feel like a professional and welcoming environment from the moment we walked in. My girls have attended BJJ/MMA classes for about a week now and we've loved every class! Miles is great with all the kids and it is obvious he enjoys what he does. The whole place is nicely set up and well taken care of. His whole family is part of this whole experience and that's what makes this place that much more welcoming. We are glad we joined!

Our 7 yo son started training with Coach Miles 2 years ago and we've have had such a great experience, we followed him to his new location despite the now 45+ minute drive. Best youth program in Kansas City. Miles Johns is not only a highly-skilled professional, he knows how to effectively communicate with young children; not something you find very often. I’m currently the Head Wrestling Coach at Newman University & I would highly recommend Kingdom MMA for both beginners and high level athletes. Coach Johns has been has been my MMA coach for 2 years, and he is an amazing instructor, person, and a very talented fighter. I was really excited when he opened Kingdom MMA & BJJ, and the gym does not disappoint. The vibe is awesome, and the showers, mats, locker rooms, and bathrooms are great! Incredible coach and gym!
