Very clean and a good friendly atmosphere. I went to the 7am Wednesday class and was happy to see 7 people on the mats. Coach Johns is very technical and I appreciate how he builds on the techniques and goes over the defense of each one. I will definitely be back.

My three sons go to Kingdom and they love it! The classes are a good mix of learning, applying, training, and fun. Coach Miles does a great job teaching and engaging the kids. He encourages and inspires them so they're not only learning a lot, but also pushing themselves to be better. My kids are excited to go every time, and actually my youngest son wishes he could do his class and then the older boy's class right after! They are learning a lot and enjoy being around so many other kids with similar interests.

Kingdom is the best in the business with Miles Johns, the best coach in the business! I am 51 years old and had no experience of any type of grappling. Hannah and Miles have built such a special place. I’ve been going for about 6 months and I’ve lost weight, regained mobility, and spent time connecting with my son who attends the 4-7 class. I dropped in while I was in town and had a great experience at Kingdom MMA & BJJ.The sign-up process was quick and easy, and the drop-in fee was very reasonable.From the moment I walked in, the owner, coaches, and everyone in the gym made me feel welcome.The instruction was high quality, the class was well run, and the coaches did a great job teaching while making sure everyone felt included.The gym was clean, the atmosphere was friendly, and everyone was willing to help.Whether you're a beginner or have experience, I would definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the Kansas City area.I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town. I recently brought my nieces to Kingdom MMA and was really impressed. My girls have attended BJJ/MMA classes for about a week now and we've loved every class! Miles is great with all the kids and it is obvious he enjoys what he does. Our 7 yo son started training with Coach Miles 2 years ago and we've have had such a great experience, we followed him to his new location despite the now 45+ minute drive. Best youth program in Kansas City. Miles Johns is not only a highly-skilled professional, he knows how to effectively communicate with young children; not something you find very often.
