LOVED my experience at Laguna! The ladies here go above and beyond. When I first called, Kelsey was so gracious and answered all my questions. She took the time to get to know me and truly cared. She even followed up with a sweet text, telling me to enjoy my time in the mountains- just a sweetheart. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by both Cati and Kelsey. Kelsey remembered me and my skin care needs, filling me in on possible options and products which was so considerate. Cati is the hostess with the mostess! Unbelievably attentive and hospitable. As soon as I walked in, she took great care of me- offering me a drink, a snack, and asking if she could get me anything else. Then when I went back for my facial, I immediately hit it off with Jazmine. She is so fun, such a travel bug, and gave me expert advice on my skin. She truly cared and offered me tips to save on products since I was using a lot of the same ones. She also gave me the BEST hydrafacial I’ve ever had! Jazmine was graceful in her technique, sensitive to my skin, and gave a killer neck massage. All three gals are dynamite and have created a Laguna lifer out of me. I haven’t met everyone else yet, but it will be hard to top these ladies. They are the ultimate trifecta!

Kelsey and Cati were great. Kelsey did an amazing job on the facial, very happy with the turnout. My skin feels great and I love the products that were recommended to me. Cati was very sweet and welcoming at the front desk. She helped go over the packages for me. Overall great experience.
