Nick was the only person I could find who was willing to tackle our squeaky floors. That in itself earned him extra points! Although he didn't show up on time (understandable in this line of business), he and Rebecca were excellent at communicating ETA. Nick showed great honesty when he set our expectations that this particular job had no guarantees. In the end, he exceeded our expectations, and now our floors have minimal squeaks! We were very happy with our experience, and we will absolutely be calling him for all our handyman needs. Highly recommend!
