My experience with Nick has been absolutely amazing! Before I started with Nick, I had never been able to do “guy push-ups” in spite of working out regularly on my own for five years. He helped me reach that goal in 3 months! Getting a personal trainer is definitely a game changer even if you have the discipline to get yourself to the gym. Though I definitely would not consider myself an expert in physical fitness, my time in physical therapy for several sports injuries imparted to me some knowledge of the human body. You can even find all kinds of circuits & challenges online, but nothing can replace the personal touch that a personal trainer can give. If you’re looking to “level up” your fitness game, Nick will definitely help you get there! A little note for the ladies... I was a little weirded out about going to his studio. No need to worry! Nick is awesome and I can't recommend him enough. He kept me accountable, personalized my workouts to accommodate any injuries, was flexible with my changing work schedule, and most importantly was EFFECTIVE. In the ~5 months I trained with Nick, he helped me optimize my diet and strength training such that I got to enjoy having my dream body and the healthiest I ever felt on my wedding day- an investment that was 1000% worth it. Nick is also just a friendly, chill guy so I never felt judged or pressured during our training sessions. He was very professional while still super personable. As for the equipment: always clean and well-maintained, and I was most impressed with how Nick always had a tool available to accommodate for bad form or weaknesses (exp he was ready with squat wedges the moment he noticed my ankle instability with squats). 10/10 would recommend!!! I trained with Nick for the last year and a half. Nick is super knowledgeable and is committed to his clients goals. He built out a custom workout plan based on my goals and a dialed nutrition plan. You just have to show up and do the work! I’m down from 224 to 189 and feel more lean than I have in years. Thanks for all the support Nick! Less
