It's was quiet but absolutely fantastic and the manassas restaurant. Marcie, the owner, took time to educate us on the food, drink, and culture. Service was excellent and well looked after. It was my first time my friends and I(group of 5)went to Breakers to celebrate my birthday and they did not disappoint! The owner Marcie was super lovely and friendly. She was very sweet in wishing me a happy birthday and gave me a cake that is made fresh every day. As for our server David, he was phenomenal! He talked and laughed us with and he even brought a song book over to select a song to be played by a saxophone player! He was super attentive and made sure we were doing well. Yes! They had live music today! If you haven’t tried Breakers, I highly recommend you go! I know I definitely will be back! Less
