I can irrefutably say that this isn't just a building that you take classes in. It's a homey space that's meant to further your journey though yoga, whilst making treasured bonds with every instructors. Every instructor is absolutely extraordinary in their desired craft, and excellent at teaching every level. I've truly cherished the time I've spent at AYA, and I've loved every second of it. I chatted with the other students before class and we all hung around and chatted a bit afterwards. So many people are head’s down and in their own little world when they take a fitness class. But I walked away from my very first class feeling like I had already made some new friends and was immediately part of the community. I took an aerial yoga from a teacher called Stephanie and she was so skilled and speedy at helping her students if they got stuck with a movement it felt like she had eyes on the back of her head. For me the class was the perfect balance of pushing myself out of my comfort zone to try something new while also not overdoing it. Will definitely be back. 10/10. Less

My partner and I tried yoga a few days ago for the first time. Definitely a great date idea and a great way to grow closer to a partner. This was our first time coming to Aerial Yoga Austin here in Lakeway and the staff and people there were warm and welcoming. They have so many amazing offerings from gentle to more intense yoga, meditation, sounds baths, tea, cacao and aerial yoga coming soon! Carla led me in a lovely restorative stretching class this evening and I cannot recommend it and AYA enough. Try them out you will not be sorry.
