We recently had serious water damage when my kid left the sink water running (with the stopper on )unattended . It demanded a water restoration specialist to pull out carpets and the remove bathroom tiles for subfloor analysis. It’s was absolutely devastating financially as the damage did not meet out deductible. We contacted Dream Floors for the restoration process and Allen and his team were AMAZING. They came out and redid the carpet padding and replaced the tiles. We had one area that needed refining and Allen sent his team to address the discrepancy with a day. Before was the dark engineered hardwood and after is the light LVP. What you can’t really tell from the pictures is the width of the LVP is perfect. We did the Sky Fall Groove. Amir was great to work with. The process was so smooth. Our floors look amazing. Everything was top notch professionally done down the removal and install. We just completed our first project with Dream Floors. We replaced all the flooring in the house. It was a huge and it went perfectly. Alan was wonderful to work with and the workmen that installed the Vinyl Plank Flooring as well as the carpet crew were excellent at their job. The quality of my flooring is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with this company. They do all kinds of remodeling as well so I am definitely using them again.
