We searched the entire area for good flooring, great prices, and easy people to work with. We were constantly running into owners blowing up our phones to proceed, trying to negotiate a ridiculous price or just not a lot of options to choose from. We walked into Dream floors almost as a last resort and I wish I could go back and start here. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed so kindly by Amir. He was very knowledgeable about the different flooring types, which were most durable, and the best brands on the market. It didnt take much time for us to make a decision on what brand and Amir offered samples for us to take home so we could make a decision on color. He didnt blow our phones up or nag us persistently about moving forward. When we were ready, we took the samples back, asked for a quote and Amir was at our house the SAME DAY to give us a quote. The project was put into the motion Thanksgiving week. We were shocked when only one guy showed up to do all the work but he was FAST. He was kind and respectful and kept us updated during the entire process so that we could prepare each area to be done. It was done by the end of the week! As someone who is pregnant, working, and dealing with the Holidays, I couldn't have been more grateful for how smoothly everything was handled. We have 3 dogs and lots of friends over often. The floors have already been put to their limits. Just as Amir had said in the beginning, these floors are durable and so nice! We couldn't be happier with the results.
