We spent a significant amount of time going through options. He laid out dozens of samples and educated me on the different manufacturers, floor types, and materials. His expertise made narrowing down the choices effortless and stress-free.When it came time for installation, Allen and the installation crew were nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail and craftsmanship they put into laying my half inch Hickory engineered hardwood floor as a glue down was exceptional.They also completely transformed my fireplace, using beautiful marble-look materials that turned out phenomenal. The young man who completed the fireplace work was phenomenal—his precision with custom cuts, seamless placement, transition trim, and grout lines showed true master-level skill. He took extra care to cover every single floor pathway to keep the home spotless, clean up thoroughly, and respect our space.Throughout the entire process, that high standard of courtesy, clean work habits, and genuine customer care proved to be consistent across every single crew member. Amir and Allen treated me like family. That level of personal care and dedication is rare to find. Highest compliments to Dream Floors on the recent renovation to our home. We replaced engineered hardwood floors with vinyl flooring and new baseboards. Thanks to Amir, Alan and Gilbert (whose workmanship was perfection), this project was painless. After 30 yrs in our home and countless projects I’ve never been able to say such. I would use Dream Floors again and highly recommend them!
