Upper cervical is the ONLY way to go. After numerous years of conventional chiro, so fortunate my family and myself have found Dr Dingus and his practice. No more high velocity twisting, squeezing, pushing, or cracking. The upper cervical process is efficient and effective. I gave up on chiropractors for close to two years, then woke up one day and couldn't move my neck at all. Had one of my flare ups and it was honestly debilitating. I took a leap and came into West Pasco and was blown away with how professional they are and how thorough the entire process was. Dr. Dustin saw right away what needed to be worked on, even before my x-rays. Once he looked at the x-rays he made a plan of how to fix it, down to the exact decimal and angle. He gave me print outs and pictures of before and after which are cool to see. After literally my second adjustment it's held and been better than its been in 6 years since my accident.
