To steal money from a struggling single parent is disgusting behavior. For the founder, Nat, to not only IGNORE my messages asking for help, but then to block me on Instagram, is childish and gross. When I informed my coach I was struggling financially and that I needed to take a break from the gym, the conversation was drawn out to the point I was charged for another month. I quite literally BEGGED for a refund and was denied, even though I did not redeem any classes or coaching sessions from that charge. If they had just refunded me I would have nothing but positive things to say about my experience, this has absolutely turned it all sour. I will never return and will never recommend anyone to this gym.
