We had an absolutely wonderful time at Loyd Have Mercy! The food was outstanding – we tried the fried chicken, oxtail, gizzards, brussel sprouts, mac and cheese, carrot soufflé, and the collard greens! Everything was delicious! Each dish was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were simply amazing. As an added bonus, the portion sizes were more than enough for each of us and resulted in a nice take home box for another meal. Our waitress, Ms. V, provided excellent service and made us feel right at home. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had a great experience from start to finish. To top it all off, Loyd himself came out to check on us, had a friendly chat, and even took a picture with us along with Ms. V and his wife. The personal touch and family atmosphere made our visit even more special. We’ll definitely be back again!
