Missed time sensitive dates so we couldn't close as scheduled. Closed 4 days later and date of closing we were asked for more documentation, like first check stub for a job that doesn't start for another two weeks. There were way too many people involved in closing. It got so confusing trying to follow who was asking for what. This was the worst mortgage experience I have had. Would not recommend.

I would love to leave a 5-star review, but that is not the service I received. From the beginning my questions would go unanswered and communication was severely lacking. I never knew where I was in the process. At the end of the transaction, all of a sudden everything became a rush because my lock was expiring but nothing had been communicated to me. I felt very rushed at that point. Overall, the transaction was confusing, lacked conversations to help me understand, and communication was pretty non-existent unless I reached out first.
