Everyone one there is great. Their attitudes, their treatment, their one on one, etc. is all exceptional. The office is clean, too. Just seems to be a calming environment. I will start off from the beginning. I entered this place under the assumption(I spoke with the man that scheduled the appointment) that I would walk in, pay for the adjustment and then leave. But it was the complete opposite. They took an X-ray of me and then later at the end of my “session” I was told that today was not the day I would get adjusted. Now I understand, some people appreciate the practice of accurately pinpointing the issue and paying all this money to be safe, but if this is how they proceed with the patient, they should be notified of that beforehand, because I would have left this place after finding out I was paying 85$ just to figure out exactly whats the issue with my back and would have went to any other chiropractor who simply identifies the issue with couple questions and body analysis, with adjustment right then and there. The feeling you get from everyone in this place is very friendly, so there was no way I could start a problem. And yet, I gave it a shot and accepted that this procedure would pay off. I got adjusted on my second day. The adjustment was quick(I would say no more than 5 minutes), and I expected this was just the introduction to the therapy, because I have been to another chiropractor prior to my injury just for regular adjustment(no injury) and the adjustments he performed were identical. But then I showed up for my second adjustment, and he did exactly the same thing as last time. If I am paying 54$ a visit, I want an adjustment personalized for my issue. The setting of the place is professional, but I believe that I could have got the same, maybe even better treatment from another chiropractor on the first day. Academy injury & Health is always my go too when not feeling my body’s best. Like today. Always professional, great staff. And Dr. Frank mcCaffery is great and all the doctors there . I recommend this place too anyone needing to straighten out there body.

The doctors and staff here are top notch; knowledgeable, informative, friendly and attentive. The office is always spotless and inviting and it has the most up to date equipment and technology! The communication between patient and staff and patient and doctor is constantly flowing. There is so much flexibility with scheduling appointments via telephone, in person, or by their app. But the MOST important thing to me is that I am no longer taking pain pills, anti-inflammatories, or steriods, because I am no longer in pain. Due to scoliosis and other recent events, I was experiencing sciatica and my pain level shot from a 3/4 to a 7/8 by the evening. After less than ten appointments, I no longer rate my pain all day. There is no need to and I'm about back to normal. No spinal shots for me! I believe in Chiropractic Care and I believe in Wellness Care and I will continue with the maintenance thereof. Everybody here is so professional and friendly. I’ve had neck pain for a long as I can remember, because of the hours spent studying while in college and now the time spent working in front of a computer. By the 6th adjustment, I started to feel much better! I’m so grateful for everything so far
