I recently had an issue with a website on my computer, and an associate at Best Buy recommended I visit Tech Pros. I brought my all-one computer, and Herman went through everything and was able to resolve the problem. He also helped finish my mom’s memorial video. Herman was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He went above and beyond to help us, especially during this difficult time. I have never experienced customer service with such genuine compassion. He truly made a difference for our family.

Great experience! Due to a file corruption during a System Restore to a previous date, my laptop was completely inaccessible, leaving me unable to perform any work. I mean it would not even boot up to the login prompt. It was really bad. Adam was able to tackle this complex issue very quickly and restore it to normal operation. Thank you, Adam - great work!
