Took my tablet in for repair on Thursday. Adam checked my account and told me the repair should be covered under warranty. Adam told me that a replacement part would need to be shipped and the tablet might not be ready for pickup until next Monday or Tuesday. I got an email on Friday, less than 24 hours after dropping off the tablet that it was ready for pick upThis is the second time I have used Tech Pros and each time I've gotten fast friendly and quick repair service. I won't use any other repair service for o for my phone or tablet. I highly recommend Tech Pros.
