I was charged over $240 for the tech to stick his arm in the vent area and push out the lint. Did not use any equipment. He was here maybe a total of 30 minutes. Less than an hour for sure. I was told the area from the inside to outside was a short distance and he only needed to use his hand to push lint debris out. That is fine but I don’t think I should be charged over $200 for this. He did replace the dryer vent hose but honestly that should not cost that much either. Will never use again.
