I have found the one! Having fine hair, I don’t usually love going to the hairdresser but today was amazing! I loved the cut, I loved the blow dry and I loved the friendly service and so so helpful. I have recently moved city's so needed a new hairdresser. Have had blonde balayage for 6 years and has always come out perfectly. I went to collective hair design to continue this. Not only was the lady who did it rude, abrasive and acted like she wanted to be somewhere else but I ended up with a terrible 3 layer tone. 1 light yellow. 1 brown at my roots and 1 somewhere in the middle. It was awful. I rang the manager and spoke of it. She kindly offered to fix it. Which is nice. I went in and had a different hair dresser "fix" it. And yes it's better than the awful 3 tone terror that they did originally but it is still very yellow (one thing I specifically asked not to have). At the end I saw it was better than the previous one which is better than nothing but she did blame the yellowness that remained on my hair. Despite going ashy blonde for 6 years and not had a problem. All in all my colour is worse than before I stepped foot in this salon. I would not go to this salon again given the 2 bad outcomes despite a fairly simple request. Less
