I was recommended collective hair by a work friend. I was over driving into town and wanted to find and support somewhere local. I first rung collective hair and Alicia picked up the phone, I knew I wanted her straight away. She really took the time over the phone to explain treatments ect. I then went in for a consult for my hair and she really informative and knowledgeable. I booked in for A BKT treatment with cut with layers. I have had keratin treatments and a Kiki in the past and was never that overly impressed. But the BKT has been a game changer. I wish I had a before and after photo. My hair is curly frizzy with tight kinks coming from the roots and this completely changed my hair. After I wash it, it’s straight. I only blowdry and straighten once a week. I go to the gym and it still stays straight after workouts and sleeping. Yup it’s expensive and i purchased all the products but for me it was worth it. Also the treatment takes time but I enjoyed just reading my book and relaxing in the salon 😊 it’s been a few months now since the treatment and I’m still having good results. my cut was also really nice and will be going back to collective hair and Alicia in the future for my hair. Thank you ♥️

Booked an appointment via Grab one and only realised it was 45 minute drive away when i looked at google maps. To be honest the drive was so well worth it. From the minute i arrived at the salon till i left, i felt in safe hand with manager Anastasia. She was amazing, professional and looked after my every need. Needless to say i loved the result too. Thank you for the sample products on leaving. Will be back next year. Thank you so much X
