I’ve been training at SoxUp for the past three years, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.When I think SoxUp, I think tough workouts — but more importantly, I think fun. There’s an incredible culture here. The training is structured, the coaching develops you both mentally and physically, and there’s always humour in the room. You just have to rock up.The team meets you where you’re at, breaks everything down into achievable goals, and then gradually stretches your limits. Before you know it, you’re doing things you never thought possible.For me, it’s been about finding something I genuinely enjoy that builds strength and core stability — so I can be a fit, active dad. A few years ago, I wouldn’t have even considered running 5km. Now I’ve got my sights set on marathons and I’m booked in for a half marathon this year.
