The track lights are amazing, excellent brightness and the app is extremely easy to use. I have had so much fun programming zones and creating patterns, this is certainly a grown up best toy (youngsters can can fun too) AK Lighting are very professional, very pleased with the process from the initial call, survey, estimate, installation, and training how to use the app. I certainly recommend AK Lighting.

It was a good experience until I have paid my deposit. No one was scheduling my installation. After several attempts on my end to reach out to them and formal complaints, they finally scheduled me for an installation which I confirmed. On the day of installation, no one showed up so attempted to reach out via text (their preferred way of communication) but no responses. I finally got hold of someone and found out i was actually not scheduled even though i received multiple automated texts with confirmation & reminders. Their customer service and communication is horrible. I'm regretting my decision my decision to give my business to AK lighting.

Initial interaction was good but once the job was done I left text and vmail messages and never received a response back. I happen to bump into the sales rep who I was calling and noticed that the job wasn’t completed as per the contract. So they are supposed to be coming back to complete the job as per our contract

My experience with AK Lighting was awesome. I LOVE my Gemstone lights. The house looks so much better (and festive, when appropriate). The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, and I accidentally overpaid. I would not even have known...they refunded me!
