I would never trust this company. Jeff Bray himself is a scam artist. His "Move-in-Ready" homes he "rehabs" are money pits. I wouldn't let him build a dog house at this point.
The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. The crew was prompt and did a great job! They cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend them. The price was great too!
