I am someone with very little, if any, gym experience, so I was worried about how it would go with CrossFit. I can now tell you after a 4 weeks straight of three days a week, my worries were put to bed. Mel and her staff are amazing to work with, even with us rookies! They explain everything very well, plus they are very patience and encouraging to us. I can't do exactly everything due to a recent shoulder surgery and they have being very attentive at modifying things for me. This is really for everyone, and you will not regretted it. My aim was core strength and fitness, and I am certainly feeling stronger. Then losing a few pounds hasn't been bad either!

I love trying new things and seeing that I can do things I thought I couldn’t. I love the progress that I’ve already made. The support and encouragement of the coaches and group members has been amazing! Everyone is enthusiastic as we all accomplish our own personal challenges and goals.
