I brought my dad to EK Dental and we had such a great experience. Usha at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Janvhi, the dental assistant, was kind, patient, and made my dad feel very comfortable. Dr. Ramzi was professional, caring, and explained everything clearly.The whole team made the visit fun, easy, and stress-free for my dad. I’m writing this review after 3years been with them for 1 year (past)they have good dental hygienists and the initial few visits were good but the main job wasn’t done well …the location was super convenient and the front desk is good tooThe reason why you see so many reviews after the 1visit is becoz the front desk coax ppl into reviewing the place after the dental hygienist appointment which is very good …but then the quality of the review is after the dental appointment with the dentist which is the jokeThese guys messed up my fillings, had to get it redone elsewhere out of pocket, ended up with super sensitive teeth within 6months of filing work done, I even kept requesting them for a different dentist but they never considered my request …additionally the bite was incredibly invasive ( had to pay extra 40 to ek dental to get it redone within a month)

September 2026I saw Dr. Panchal once again, at PL Dental for 4 fillings.I cant say enough about how patient and thorough he was with addressing all my questions (some repeated) and concerns. There was absolutely no pressure to do the fillings but detailed education on oral hygiene and cavity prevention. He explained and reviewed the xray findings in detail. Spent the time to share a tooth model with me and my kids, to better understand cavities and how decisions are made on whether to do fillings or prevention. He advised on what was essential and what could wait. Despite my needing essential treatment, there was zero pressure on his part to do the fillings (I dont have dental insurance). There was only education so that I could make an informed decision. I ended up getting the fillings done. I barely felt the needle used for the freezing. The fillings were done quickly and efficiently. Dr. Panchal checked on me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you very much Dr. Panchal and his very pleasant assistant Shammi :)The reception staff were all nice, always smiling, friendly and patient. Charlene in particular was very kind, patient and helpful with forms, appointments and payment options.I also had my cleaning done the month prior by the hygienist who was very detailed and also provided education on oral hygiene to my family and I.Thank you. 3 years later and the service by all staff members, remains exceptional.2023I saw Dr. Panchal at PL DENTAL for a possible chipped tooth. He was very informative and explained what he was doing in detail. He answered all my questions and was very patient.I needed a filling and he was very gentle and I barely felt any pain!! Mahek, the receptionist was able to fit me in quickly and as usual was smiling, kind and helpful!I was here 3 weeks ago and had my teeth cleaned by Nicole and she was phenomenal too and did the most thorough job cleaning my teeth ever! Plus she too, was very pleasant and informative!Thank you! I really appreciate what you did for me:)

Big mistake I made going here and trusting them when they told me I have cavities not visible on the x ray. I had my teeth cleaned a week before I went to this place, my regular dentist told me I have no cavities. All I wanted from EK Dental was to get a quote for some dental work. They unnecessarily did 2 deep fillings that resulted in me getting a route canal 1 teeth and another teeth that is being monitored. My regular dentist told I should have waited until she came back from her vacation, she told me there was no need for the deep fillings, even provided me with my patient chart showing inspection of after I got my teeth cleaned. Big mistake I made trusting EK Dental! Don't make the same mistake I made, stay away from this place!
