Dale was fantastic! I had an emergency on a Friday night, and he showed up at 12:30 am with a great attitude and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, he couldn’t fix the issue that night. He left at 2:00 am, but he returned to my restaurant at 7:00 am the next morning with a different machine and managed to get us open. Without Dale’s help, we would have had to close the restaurant on a Saturday. Thanks, Dale!
