Mindset Body Transformations

I joined mindset in March and have lost about one stone in 3 months and gained muscle which I’m delighted with. I have struggled to lose weight after having my children and found it hard to find time to work out and eat the right food. I initially contacted Carrie with a plan of trying to work out at home and I’m grateful for her giving me her honest perspective that it would be better if I tried to come in to the classes. I’ve been attended small group training 3 times a week and now really enjoy it and it’s completely part of my routine. The classes are fun and energetic and Carrie is full of energy and pushes everyone to work as hard as possible. The other coaches, Leanne, Kim and Michelle are also all fantastic and really helpful and supportive. Carrie is really knowledgeable and has given me an eating plan which has been really achievable without really low calories and high in Protein. I’ve not been hungry which is really important for me and means the plan is sustainable over the longer term. I’m excited to see what I can achieve in the coming months and enjoying monitoring my progress in terms of strength, fat lose and increased muscle, it’s so much more motivating than just having a number on the scale to look at. Having a group of likeminded women to workout alongside also adds to the fun and motivation. Thank you Carrie and the mindset team.
