Credit where credit is due. I’ve had some really bad experiences with high street agents and I was completely blown away but the outstanding service Peter gave during my valuation. He was incredibly detailed, well researched, passionate, and most importantly not pushy. He listened, and I can tell he genuinely wanted to help and educate me as this is my first time selling. He was the only one who produced a pack and left it with me to look at in my own time. I had about 8 valuations in total from various agents in Brentwood, and Peter by far stood out the most. It was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the experience I’ve had previously.
