Hi there, I moved into a flat two years ago and I was told I would need a new boiler after about two years. My friend moved at the same time and recommended isafe. I also replaced my radiators and they installed hive. The whole team genuinely seemed to want to save me money and help me pick my radiators. Boiler and service were 5 star. James the sales rep was very honest about everything and gave options. Gary who fitted the boiler done top notch job and left no mess at all. I can now have a hot shower for more than 30 secs with the replacement of my old worn Vokera boiler by the newer slimmer Alpha boiler. My (very old) Vokera boiler was starting to choke a bit so booked in a service as one was overdue by a month. Pat came to have a look in the first instance and pronounced the pump dead as well as a couple of seals, to the point that it wouldn’t have made financial sense to repair as would be getting close to £1000 inc labour just for that. James then stopped by for a survey a few days later, bear in mind it’s mid January so I was well aware how busy they are, that in itself was excellent service because I was pretty much without hot water or heat. James advised on a new boiler and recommended the Alpha E TEC 28NX. I could tell from talking to him that he knew precisely what he was talking about and that I wasn’t being led up the garden path. After agreeing to that, Stephen was here within the week to remove the Vokera and install the Alpha, tidying up the very shoddy pipework (mostly plastic which is a no no for boilers) and he was finished by mid afternoon having arrived at 9am, efficiently and with little disruption to my day. All isafe staff who I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy, would be the first people I’d recommend should anyone ever ask. Less
