I’m very pleased with Isafe’s professional and efficient service. I left a request on Vaillant’s website. Only Isafe got back to me right away on Sat. They arranged the visit for Monday. James came and checked everything and provided a quote. As we had to move the location, he explained the reason very clearly. Then, he arranged the installation on the next day. So we had the heating and shower back within 4 days which was totally out of my expectation. Highly recommend! Less

Our business offices required the old heating system replaced - James came out for a good look at the job - within a week of deciding this was the right team for us the job was started. We had entire old system removed - boiler / pipework and radiators. On my return to the office the following day all works had been completed to a very high standard and with very little disruption.
