I have been at KoKo for a year now. What a great experience. It is hard to motivate yourself and or know exactly what to do in order to get that right balance of resistance training and cardio. But I have have found it here. As an added bonus you get the great guidance and upbeat personalities of Kristi and Karen. Both are guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. If you are looking for a good workout, good environment, and fun, I would highly recommend Koko as your next workout home.

I love the program! I have not only lost lbs. and inches but was able to gain strength which at my age is very important. The staff is knowledgeable and warm and welcoming. They are never too busy to stop and give tips and instruction when something is being done incorrectly. Class size is small and so much fun! I highly recommend this program!

I've been going to Koko for 4+ years and I love it. Their unique, personalized approach gives me the benefit of my own 'trainer' at every session. Plus, every 12 sessions, I do a strength test across 4 dimensions to see my progress over time. Having that concrete evidence of improvement is a huge incentive to keep coming back. My strength and balance have significantly improved and I can see the difference in my daily activities. Plus the staff is great and create a nice, friendly, upbeat atmosphere.

I have been a member 8 years and love it. I enjoy the camaraderie with members and staff. The classes are always changing and challenging, the outdoor activities are fun, and the balanced habits are life changing. Definitely recommend this gym, it is the first one I have committed to.

Love Koko! It is truly a community of staff and members that want you to succeed in your fitness goals.I began my journey with a monthly trial to see what they offered. I initially joined Koko after a family friend shared her own personal experience and went right into the 6-week Kickstart Challenge. I learned so much about exercise, how to properly fuel my body, and the not-so-great habits that had become part of my everyday life. In just 2 months, I have lost 15 pounds. My strength and endurance have increased and I now look forward to working out. Karen and Kristie are awesome - they are always willing to help, whether it be discussing meals or assisting with a new exercise on the Smart Trainer. I am beyond grateful for their support in my health and fitness journey. Koko really does have that family feel and I am excited to continue my journey!!
