This gym is definitely the best in the South Suburbs!! All new equipment, wonderful coaches and the best ownership. I have consistently been attending this gym since it has opened and it is always clean and I have actually noticed results from coming here. Great place. Great people. Super clean every session. The programming is top notch, and coaches all know what they’re talking about. Great for beginners to advanced lifters. All that said, I’m still not sure what they did to me this morning. I won’t walk right for a week. Less

Big Bear is my new favored gym in Frankfort! I joined this summer with some neighborhood friends and have never left disappointed with a workout!
