If I could give Frank more than five stars, I would.I first met Frank during one of the most challenging real estate transactions I’ve ever been involved in. Through no fault of my buyers, the sellers, or either agent, the entire process became incredibly stressful for everyone involved. The one bright spot in that experience was meeting Frank.In a world where so many contractors either overcharge, don’t communicate, or simply don’t show up, Frank was the complete opposite. He was honest, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to educate both me and the listing agent every step of the way. No question was ever too small, and he never made us feel rushed despite the countless questions we had.As fate would have it, while navigating that transaction I also received the results of my own mold toxicity screening. Naturally, Frank was the first person I called. My family was leaving for vacation, and while we were away, Frank spent several days remediating our home so everything would be completed before we returned. He also recommended upgrading our dehumidifier and installing a UV light in our HVAC system to help improve our indoor air quality and prevent future issues.Looking back, I truly believe meeting Frank was a blessing. He gave us something that’s hard to put a price on: peace of mind.This experience has become a personal mission for me. I now encourage my friends, family, and clients to take mold seriously, even something as seemingly insignificant as the small hairline foundation crack in my basement ended up contributing to a much bigger issue. I called Remediation Pros when I needed to improve my basement before selling my home. Frank was absolutely amazing to work with. He came in to remediate mold near my sump pump. He then had to come back to waterproof my basement before the sale of my house. He is honest and trustworthy. He was really quick in response and did the work immediately. I called Remediation Pros to take a look at what I thought was mold on the wall in a corner of a bedroom by the baseboard.Frank came right out and explained it was mold. Suspecting there was moisture in the walls he tested but did not find any. He went to the basement to inspect the area below where the mold was and did find some underneath the bathroom fixtures in that area. He inspected the furnace room and found active mold growing up a wall behind the furnace. Frank is extremely knowledgeable about mold and explained exactly what kind of mold there was in each area.He explained what would be done to remediate the mold upstairs and the mold in the basement and said he would send me a quote. He did not charge for the inspection.I then was concerned about the air quality and any mold that might be in the air and Frank offered to perform tests right then for mold in the air. He performed tests in the basement, kitchen, attic and also a control test outside. There was a charge for these tests but I thought well worth it.Within a couple of days the results came back and there was significantly higher traces of mold in the basement but negligible in the upstairs.The quote for remediation was very reasonable so Frank scheduled the remediation. Frank and team remediated the mold and fogged the basement to ensure the mold in the air was killed. It took just half a day.I am very pleased with work that was done and would highly recommend them.

I recently had some issues in my crawl space with moisture, mildew, and my HVAC unit being down there. Frank not only came over but went over everything with me multiple times after the work was done. So many workers out there do the job and you never hear from or see them again. Frank took my calls well after the job was done and was very responsive every step of the way. On top of the good work and great follow up, the cost was exponentially cheaper than most of the other quotes. If you have any issues in this area, give Frank a call.

I had extremely severe mold growing in my basement from years of water leaking in and it was effecting my health negatively. Frank and his employees started with a thorough assessment and diagnosis of the water problem. They destroyed all mold, did a massive clean up job, cut off where the water was getting in, and sealed and restored every inch of the basement by repainting the floors and walls. Even when there was a situation out of the usual, they found a way to troubleshoot and get the work done correctly. I can’t believe what a difference there is. The employees were friendly, on time, respectful of property, efficient, and trustworthy. Recently have had weeks of rain and not a drop of moisture has entered my basement. I truly cannot thank or recommend them enough.
