Sherry is Amazing and really cares!!

Stayed in the Carriage house in the Freiderich room. Great balcony off of room to sit and sip morning coffee while overlooking the gardens. Very peaceful for a busy area. Room and entire facility was very clean. Would be the perfect place to have a group of people rent. The Inn keeper Sherry was great! She made sure that we had everything we needed. Will definitely return. Thank you 😊

Clean and comfortable B&B accommodations at Mayor Lord's House.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was super helpful and friendly. My only complaint was a lack of any main channels on the TV

Absolutely great place for family reunion, shower, etc. Very spacious and woodwork gorgeous. We had such a fun time. There were 8 of us and everything we needed, except food, was provided, although a voucher was given for breakfast. Place was spotless. Hope to get back. It's walking distance to Allegheny College in Meadville, PA-which is a lovely, friendly small town.

Great place you will definitely love it

Room was great!, I chose the garden flats room... the living room, large bedroom, and kitchen made me feel at home. The full bath was large and very clean, I wasn't expecting a washer and dryer but it was there, as well as a dishwasher. This room had everything! Can't wait to stay during the warmer months when the pool is open. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a Valentines get away weekend in the Claire's room in the carriage house. We loved it and loved the deep tub for two in our own bathroom. It was perfect and romantic. The garden was beautiful covered in snow. Lake Erie is only a half hour away and there are lots of hole in the wall shops to see in the area. We really enjoyed our trip there and for sure plan to visit again in the future.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds and house are beautiful and have a rich history. Breakfast was home cooked every day and delicious. I will try to stay here evey time I'm in Meadville from now on.

Great place. Very pristine condition. Great layout of amenities. The rooms are like that of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is phenomenal.

Checked in late and left early on Christmas morning. Really enjoyed this bed and breakfast despite not being able to take advantage of everything it has to offer. Very clean. Interesting rooms and common area. Would certainly stay again.

The innkeeper, Sherry, was outstandingly attentive and suggested great places to eat and run outdoors. The breakfast was of the highest quality, bed was comfortable, location very convenient.

Cute rooms and great hospitality. I like how the host called ahead and communicated through text message. The house had a nice antique feel but the service was fast and modern. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

A place where we like to go when in Meadville which is once a year!

Sherry was an excellent host! The room was very clean and comfortable. Window air conditioning unit kept the room at the perfect temperature. Breakfast for the two days we were there was different each day and delicious! Great location - a few minutes walk to Allegheny College.

Sherry is the ultimate host. Friendly but not intrusive. Rooms were charming, clean, artistically appointed. The perfect place to stay visiting Allegheny College.

What a find. Beautiful house, very nice owner who worked with our late arrival. Highly recommend very charming accommodation. We were upgraded to an on suite room.

Your hostesses is incredible and prepares an incredible breakfast. I recommend you stay in the library room where you will find an amazing array of books including National Geographics dating back to 1927!

I have had the pleasure of staying several times at this quaint b&b. Each time has been a true pleasure. Amazing breakfast, with consideration to special requests/needs. Sherry has the knack to converse with her guests at just the perfect times. HIGHLY recommend staying with Sherry at excellent rates and very clean, comfortable accommodations.

Lovely home (fully restored), room (very comfortable), breakfast (the homemade bread alone made my stay), all around it was a great experience. A definite recommendation for anybody traveling to or through this area!

I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Meadville. My girlfriend and I stayed a night here as a way to relax and unwind right before final exams, and they went above and beyond all expectations. We have plans to come back again and again, they've earned a loyal customer.

Great location near downtown and Allegheny College. House is well kept with period architecture and furnishings. Accommodations were quiet comfortable and breakfast delicious. Sherrie is more than willing to help you get settled and accommodate any dietary issues.

My Partner and I stayed there this April, 2014 what a lovely experience. The staff was more than welcoming and the entire location was spotless.
